History of Hotel Sansui
- The first Mr.Miyokichi Takahashi was born in Saitama Prefecture and opened a transportation business in front of Koga Station when Former Tohoku Main Line was opened.
- the Takahashi Residence> In the early Taisho period, Mr.Miyokichi Takahashi invited a gardener from Kyoto to create a dry landscape garden with lanterns of various shapes.

In 1947, Fusa Takahashi II opened a restaurant and inn using this house and residence.
After that, three separate buildings were added one after another, and `` Kappo Ryokan Sansui'' became immovable.

In 1982, a Japanese-style room was added to ``Japanese- Restaurant Suginami'', and in July 1988, `` Kappo Ryokan Sansui'' was closed for a complete new building.

Relationship as His Imperial Highness Atsunomiya's Hotel
- Hotel Sansui has a His Imperial Highness Atsunomiya's Hotel of being the lodging of Emperor Meiji Emperor in Sano City, Tochigi Prefecture, and the lodging of Emperor Taisho's second prince, Atsunomiya Prince Yasuhito, after being relocated to Koga. His Imperial Highness Atsunomiya's Hotel's gate monument remains.
